HEATERS:
* NEVER leave clothes on or near the heaters, as it may cause fire!
* They are balanced draft heaters and do not represent any hazard for your health
* Every 3 months they are inspected for total safety
* Please do not turn off the ground floor heater completely. If it is very hot, leave it in "pilot" or in minimum mode. Windows can be opened to ventilate
HOT SHOWER WATER:
* The hot water takes a few minutes to climb to the first floor or even reach the ground floor.
* It is not convenient to use both showers simultaneously because they lose pressure.
* The house has a 3,000 lt. reserve tank in case the network supply is eventually cut off
FIRE ALARM:
• The alarm is very sensitive to smoke or certain vapors. Don't use deodorant in spray near them because they can activate the alarm
